Shipping and delivery policy

This policy applies to orders placed on Davadekho's website and app. It is operated by not yet published.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India. We ask for a six-digit Indian PIN code with every address. We do not ship outside India.

2. How long it takes

Orders are normally delivered within 5 to 7 days. When you order, we show one expected date, the sixth day, so that you can plan around it. It is an estimate, not a commitment.

An order that includes a prescription medicine is dispatched only after a registered pharmacist has verified the prescription. Delivery time counts from that point.

Some items are brought in for you after you order. When that happens we say so in your cart before you pay, and a pharmacist confirms the dispatch date.

3. What delivery costs

Delivery costs ₹39 an order. It is free when your order includes an item from our free-delivery list. The fee, or that there is none, is shown in your cart before you pay.

4. Delays

We are not liable for delay caused by a courier, weather, a public holiday, or an address that cannot be found. Medicine that needs a cold chain is dispatched only where the route supports it.

If we cannot deliver your order at all, we cancel it and refund you in full, as set out in our Refund and cancellation policy.

5. Receiving your order

Please check your order when it arrives. If it is the wrong item, or a medicine that expires within three months, call us within 15 days of delivery.
