Pro is what lets you place orders. It costs ₹999 a year for the whole family, charged when you join and renewed automatically every year until you cancel. Anyone can search and see prices without it.

Cancel auto-renewal any time from Your plan. Your plan stays on until the end of the year you paid for. Pro is not refundable, in full or in part.

For any medicine under Schedule H, H1 or X, yes. A registered pharmacist verifies it before dispatch and their registration number is recorded on the sale.

An order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. We replace or refund only if we delivered the wrong item, or a medicine that expires within 3 months. Call us within 15 days of delivery.

It is sensitive health data. Only registered pharmacists can open it, it is never sold and never used for advertising, and every time one is opened it is recorded.
